America SCORES Cleveland inspires urban youth to lead healthy lives, be engaged students, and have the confidence and character to make a difference in the world.

History

America SCORES was founded in 1994 in Washington DC and currently serves over 7,500 students in school districts with low-income, minority communities: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, New York, Oakland, Richmond, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, and Washington D.C.

America SCORES Cleveland, previously Cleveland SCORES, was founded in the spring of 2004 with programming for 120 students in four inner-city west side elementary schools. Today, America SCORES serves 450 students ages 8-12 in 10 K-8 Cleveland Metropolitan schools across the city.
