Leadership Giving
The America SCORES Cleveland’s Poet-Athlete Leadership Team and Leadership Giving Society was created in 2011 to honor the generous individuals who provide an annual outright gift of $1,000 or more to help meet the challenges we face. America SCORES’ premiere recognition club, the America SCORES Poet-Athlete Leadership Team and Leadership Giving Society is comprised of friends who share the belief that all youth deserve an opportunity to lead healthy lives, be engaged students, and have the confidence and character to make a difference in the world.
Any individual who provides an annual outright gift or gifts totaling $100 - $750 in a 12-month period is recognized in the Poet-Athlete Leadership Team. Any individual who provides an annual outright gift or gifts totaling $1,000 or more in a 12-month period is recognized in the Leadership Giving Society. Some friends pay in quarterly or monthly installments; others give a one-time gift each year. These are direct gifts to benefit America SCORES Cleveland programming, and are not related to special events or tickets sales or other premiums.

Transform an empty school lot into an America SCORES outdoor classroom and playing field

Enable more teachers to become coaches, facilitating relationships that extend beyond the classroom

Facilitate opportunities for students from diverse communities to attend soccer games and events
