Christensen Family Foundation

Helping to establish the SCORES Dallas operation within the Dallas community, the ongoing support and guidance of the Christensen Family Foundation has been instrumental in the widespread acceptance and expansion as one of Dallas’ largest after school providers. The Christensen Family Foundation supports innovative projects to empower human capabilities. In the 5-year history of our organization, America SCORES Dallas is honored to be working with the Christensen Family Foundation.

Starbucks Coffee

SCORES Dallas has enjoyed a longstanding, strong relationship with our local Starbucks Coffee stores. In addition to continuing funding support, America SCORES Dallas values and relies on Starbucks employee volunteers with our school program, at our events and with ongoing SCORES promotion and performance venues at many local stores Starting with 4 elementary schools, our program is now offered in 9 schools and two community centers with a substantial waiting list. This would not have been possible without the critical support from Starbucks Coffee and our local Starbucks stores and their staff.

Starbucks Foundation

For the fourth consecutive year, the Starbucks Foundation has funded the Writing for the Community project completed by SCORES students in the spring. Through the Starbucks Social Entrepreneurs Fund, the Starbucks Foundation supports organizations that provide young people a continuum of services in social entrepreneurship; young people developing creative approaches that address pressing concerns, leading to positive change.
